Nesta Healthier Lives Data Fund — CareTeam PA
NquiringMinds received a £30,000 Healthier Lives Data Fund grant from Nesta and the Scottish Government to enhance CareTeam for personal assistants — putting care data under the control of the cared-for person and enabling secure sharing with formal and informal carers.
The Healthier Lives Data Fund backed six digital health technologies in Scotland to make data useful to citizens for healthier, more independent lives. Alongside funding, Nesta provided marketing, communications and service-design support and convened the cohort for peer learning (programme ran April–December 2019).
