About the Role
NquiringMinds builds trusted data and AI products used across cyber security, defence, healthcare, agritech and local government. As Sales Director you will own our commercial engine end to end: sales, business development, partnerships and revenue growth. You’ll work directly with the executive team to convert a strong product portfolio and customer track record into repeatable commercial wins and recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow the sales pipeline across our product and services portfolio
- Lead business development into government, defence and enterprise markets
- Build and manage strategic partnerships — technology partners, primes, integrators and channel
- Shape bids, framework responses and direct procurement opportunities
- Develop go-to-market propositions with product and engineering leadership
- Represent the company with customers, partners and at industry events
- Build and mentor the commercial team as the business scales
